Mr. Temitope Oluwaluyi is a seasoned, certified and chartered Estate Surveyor and Valuer of repute. He has an academic foundation in Estate Management from the University of Lagos where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management. He also has a Diploma Certificate in Project Management. He is currently pursuing his master degree in Property Development.

He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a Registered Member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). Mr. Temitope Oluwaluyi is the Principal partner of Temidayo Oluwaluyi & Associates.

He has attended various conferences, seminars and workshops on real estate. Mr. Temitope Oluwaluyi is experienced in Estate Consultancy, Facilities Management, Project Management, Property Development and Valuation. He is currently the Head of Operations at the firm.
